Central Database System (CDBS)

CDBS is designed to provide transaction processing, enforcement, image/video processing, data management and tracking as well as reporting and statistics generation (analytics). Central Database System is designed taking into consideration the results of technological research in the area of Intelligent Transport Systems performed during these past years, while utilizing open standards and platforms,  aiming from the start for interoperability, safety and reliability. It aims to provide a reliable, distributed turnkey Road Charging  solutions for expandable ERC/MRC systems.

CDBS offers total integration for hybrid Road Charging systems, with centralized control and monitoring for all  plazas. Moreover, it eases the road operator staff's workload by providing management tools such as point-of-sales and CRM applications. Finally, the system's database is designed to offer high performance, easy extensibility and expandability, and at the same time robustness in events such as network outages.
